Yesterday my stepmom took our kitty, LC (Little Cat) to be put to sleep. She was a good kitty, got 15 great years in and was sick and unhappy. But we still miss her. She was the last left of my childhood pets and I'll miss seeing her around the house during my visits.

Oh, I'm so sorry. We went through that with our dog last year. It's never easy.
Sorry to hear of your loss. Animals are like children, especially when they have been with you for that long.
I'm so sorry...I had about the same situation two years ago. Not an easy time.

I've been down that road many times and I can tell you it doesn't get any easier with experience. Sorry to hear that you lost a friend, happy to know she had a good life with you.
