He forgotten to mention how bad it sucked when you would dial the 7th number of the phone number wrong. That was enough to make the calmest person throw a hissy fit!
Oh that was great! Thank you for sharing that! Made me open my eyes a bit. I should really be more amazed when I fly...but I'm too busy trying not to throw up and have a panic attack.
